Just pre-ordered this figure from Hobby Search. Me being the huge Yami fan I am, can’t miss it, even if it’s a static PVC >_>
Been super busy at work this week, since I’m doing a 3 day course. So have to spend some time studying tonight (which means no writing, Gundam making, or doing figure stuff, or anything bleh)
Also, as luck would have it, we’re also moving to a different floor in our building, which means I had to get everything packed into boxes by end of today. Also had to pack away my laptops, and bring them home tonight which meant super heavy bag >_<
So a pleasant surprise when I logged on just now and realised this figure is finally up for pre-order. Snapped her up right away!
While I was at it, I also pre-ordered Zange-chan from Kannagi. I’m not too fond of Nagi as a figure, but Zange-chan is smoking ^_^;;
But I do have something for blond, red-eyed, bad-ass female characters, so I’m heavily awaiting more figures of Fate-chan as well (I noticed Alter is re-issuing some of their Nanoha figures, c’mon where’s Fate-chan!)
As an extra special bonus, also included this very nice Cake Yami pic nabbed from Sankuku Complex

Hey Ace-san, how much do you usually pay for static figures (without the shipping and handling costs)?
Static PVCs are usually around 5000 – 10000 yen – though the ones on the upper end of the scale are the 1/4s like the FREEIng bunnies. So 6000-7000 yen around for something like a 1/8.
At the moment, conversion to AUS$ is 10000 yen = 150 AUS, or at least that is my rule of thumb. It used to be cheaper during the non credit-crunch days but oh well.
Thanks for the help. I’ve had my eyes on certain figures, but since anime, manga, and video games are all rather expensive hobbies, I just want to be careful to not spend too much.
